Terms of service

By creating a Voopr workspace you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

No crypto mining, unsolicited mail, denial-of-service traffic, malware distribution or workloads that violate applicable law. We may suspend an app that threatens platform stability, and we tell you why.

Hobby is best effort. Pro targets 99.9% monthly availability. Enterprise availability and service credits are set in the order form.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance; usage above plan limits is billed in arrears. Yearly plans are non-refundable after 14 days.

You keep all rights to the code and data you deploy. You grant us only the licence needed to host, build and run it for you.

You can close your workspace at any time. We may terminate for material breach after giving you a reasonable chance to fix it.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
