Terms of service

These terms are between you and Voopr AI ("Voopr AI", "we", "us"), the operator of the Voopr platform. By creating a Voopr workspace you accept these terms and contract with Voopr AI. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

No crypto mining, unsolicited mail, denial-of-service traffic, malware distribution or workloads that violate applicable law. We may suspend an app that threatens platform stability, and we tell you why.

Hobby is best effort. Pro targets 99.9% monthly availability. Enterprise availability and service credits are set in the order form.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date at paddle.net or by contacting us via the contact page. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

You keep all rights to the code and data you deploy. You grant us only the licence needed to host, build and run it for you.

You can close your workspace at any time. We may terminate for material breach after giving you a reasonable chance to fix it.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
