Privacy policy

Account data (name, email address), workspace data (app names, regions, deployment metadata) and operational telemetry (invocation counts, wake timings, error rates). We do not read the payloads your functions process.

To run the platform, bill usage, keep the service secure and answer support requests. The lawful bases are contract performance and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable service.

Account records are stored in the EU. Function code and snapshots stay in the region you pick for each app and are never replicated to another region without your action.

Logs follow your plan retention (7, 30 or 90 days). Account records are deleted within 30 days of workspace deletion; backups roll off within 35 days.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@voopr.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use a small set of infrastructure and support providers. The current list is available on request and we give 30 days notice before adding a new one.
